After viewing two animals the app wants a serial number, but I’ve entered every number on the box and none of them are it I guess. Now I have a product that I’ve paid for that doesn’t work because it wants a mystery serial number. What is the point of registering this product? It’s just flash cards that make noise!

Cute idea but the animals don’t “eat” from the food cards... and they don’t really do anything else. For a younger kid it would be fun for some animal facts or something...

I was playing with this with my little brother but in order for you to play with the vr headset it makes you find the serial number on the box I have typed in Every single number on the box and it keeps saying no I don’t know what to do

Says you can feed animals and there was no banana for me to click for my son to play all around the app sucked and truly a waste of money. Beyond frustrating!!!!

Won't work on Samsung note 9 or iPad. Nothing like a disappointed child that wanted to play this for the first time.

Since the very latest update the 3D animals no longer spin. Still has animation, though. I hope this this will be corrected.

This app was working fine until yesterday’s update, now its just a black screen and doesnt show my camera at all.

The app is awesome with the cards kids love them but the app doesn’t go to VR mode, it always stays in AR mode.

App loads on both my iPhone 6+ and iPad Pro. Menu buttons load, but camera comes up black on both. Will not work with cards I purchased, just a black camera screen. Menus seem to work, but are very slow and laggy, and it doesn’t really matter if I can’t use it with the cards. Wanted to use this in the classroom, very disappointed.

The last update broke the app, now everything is black and the camera doesn’t work.

I bought cards by Amazon, and downloaded the App, but when I open this App the screen on my phone is just black, the App is not working

We have the cards and the headset and my 4 year old loves this set. He was intrigued by the animals eating the items, and it's also helping him learn his letters and sounds! We've played with it on several occasions, and haven't had any issues with quality.

This product is awful. It barely works and they just force you to buy more and more items for the product to barely function. I'm contacting apple to get my money back.

Pictures are ok but sound is intermittent at best.
